You must possess a valid driver's license issued in the state where you reside.

3. Insurance Quotes and Coverage

Understanding how our quotes work is important for making informed decisions about your insurance coverage.

Non-Binding Estimates

All quotes provided through our website or by phone are non-binding estimates based on the information you provide. Actual premium amounts may differ after underwriting review.

Underwriting Verification

Final coverage and premium amounts are subject to verification, including but not limited to: driving records (MVR), claims history (CLUE report), credit reports, vehicle inspection, and other relevant factors.

Policy Binding

No insurance coverage is bound or in effect until: (1) you have been approved by our underwriting department, (2) you have received a policy number, (3) payment has been received and processed, and (4) you have received written confirmation of coverage.

Coverage Start Date

Your coverage effective date will be clearly stated in your policy documents. Do not assume you have coverage until you receive confirmation.

4. Account Responsibilities

When you create an account with us, you agree to certain responsibilities to maintain the security and accuracy of your account.

You must:

  • • Keep your login credentials secure
  • • Notify us immediately of unauthorized access
  • • Update your information when it changes
  • • Maintain accurate contact information
  • • Report accidents and claims promptly

You must not:

  • • Share your account with others
  • • Provide false or misleading information
  • • Use our services for illegal purposes
  • • Attempt to circumvent security measures
  • • Submit fraudulent claims

5. Payment Terms

Understanding our payment terms ensures uninterrupted coverage and helps you avoid policy cancellation.

Payment Methods

We accept credit cards, debit cards, electronic bank transfers (ACH), and checks. Some payment methods may incur processing fees.

Payment Schedule

Premiums are due according to your chosen payment plan (monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, or annually). Late payments may result in late fees and policy cancellation.

Grace Period

A grace period may be provided for late payments, typically 10-15 days depending on state regulations. Your coverage may lapse if payment is not received within the grace period.

Automatic Payments

You may enroll in automatic payments to ensure timely payment. You authorize us to charge your payment method on the due date each billing cycle.

6. Policy Cancellation and Changes

Both you and Hadley Insurit have the right to cancel or modify your policy under certain circumstances.

Your Right to Cancel

You may cancel your policy at any time by providing written notice. Depending on state law, you may receive a refund of unearned premium minus any applicable cancellation fees.

Our Right to Cancel

We may cancel your policy for reasons including but not limited to: non-payment of premiums, material misrepresentation, fraud, license suspension, increased risk, or violation of policy terms. We will provide advance notice as required by law.

Policy Changes

You must notify us of any changes that may affect your coverage, such as: address changes, new drivers in your household, vehicle purchases or sales, changes in vehicle usage, or major life events.

7. Privacy and Data Usage

We value your privacy and handle your data responsibly. Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes in detail how we collect, use, and share your personal information.
